SBS Investigations - SBS Investigations provides the state insurance department with the ability to manage the investigation of consumer and industry fraud. Cases can be initiated from multiple tools, including the NAIC's Online Fraud Reporting System (OFRS), SBS Consumer Services and SBS Enforcement.
